Heathrow International Airport London, is the worlds busiest international Airport. The airport currently has 4 terminals with plans well on the way for a 5th terminal. All the terminals are linked to the underground by moving walkways. The airport is easy to travel around as all areas are very well sign posted and a member of staff is never too far away.

The airport is more than just a place to fly to and from, in recent years it has developed into a mini town with all the associated facilities including shops, bar, restaurants, banks and chemists.

The airport is linked to London by road, rail and tube. The road links to Heathrow do get very busy, the easiest way to get to the airport is via the Heathrow Express which runs from Paddington, with trains running every 15 minutes from 5am to 11.30pm (please allow 15 minutes for your journey time).

There are Information desks available in each terminal, with further transport information desks providing details on bus, coach and rail transport located inside terminals 1 and 3 and outside terminal 4. There are also a number of courtesy telephones located through out the airport were passengers can seek assistance.

For passengers in need of assistance information is available at any of the information desks or by calling telephone: (0) 20 8745 7495. For the hard of hearing there is a minicom information line telephone (0) 20 8745 7950. There are various areas in all terminals allocated to disable seating and disabled toilets.
